Getting Started

Our staff is appreciative of your service and committed to providing the best possible services to veterans and their dependents. Northwest Christian University is approved by the Oregon Department of Education and the Department of Veteran Affairs for training students who are eligible for Veteran’s Administration educational benefits. You can begin receiving your veteran educational benefits in just a few, simple steps!

Apply for admission at Northwest Christian University.

If you have never used educational benefits from the VA before, submit directly to the VA Form 22-1990 Application for Education Benefits through

If you have received VA educational assistance in the past, submit directly to the VA Form 22-1995 Request for Change of Program or Place of Training through

Download and complete NCU’s Request for Veteran Benefits Form (PDF). Turn it into your Admissions Counselor or Enrollment Advisor.

That’s it! As soon as we receive your request form and your official registration, we will electronically certify you with the VA for the semester.
